What we collect

Account information (name, email, and phone if you provide it). For agents and owners, this also includes listing details and profile info (bio, agency name, avatar). We also receive standard web/CDN request logs from our hosting infrastructure.

How we use it

To operate accounts and sign-in, to show renters an agent or owner's public contact info on their listings, and to reach you about your own account. Phone numbers on agent/owner profiles are shown publicly; email addresses are never shown publicly.

Who we share it with

Our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, DNS). We don't sell personal data, and we don't run advertising or ad-tracking of any kind.

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your language preference, and a session cookie from Supabase to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. Email us any time to request your account and data be deleted.

Children

Renteeyoo isn't directed at children and isn't intended for use by anyone under 13.

We may update this policy as the platform develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
